Kitchen Remodel & Garage Conversion, Hampshire

We had been living at our property for 15 years and wanted to modernise our kitchen from a re-design, build and re-fit perspective, and also take the opportunity to relocate our utility room as we are really happy with the location of our property and didn’t want to move, but realised that our home would really benefit from these changes for us to continue to enjoy our home for years to come.

Best decision we made. At the start of our house project, I was very nervous about starting this as I had never previously been involved with any build/renovation projects taking place in my current home, or any previous homes, so this was a big investment and project for me. From our very first meeting with Sean and Dave from Helix Property Solutions they gave us complete confidence about delivering the various aspects of our build because they listened, understood our requirements, concerns, and gave us confidence that they would be able to deliver our build project by providing professional and expert tradesman for the re-build of our kitchen, utility room, installation of our new kitchen, electric plumbing etc from end-to-end – basically project managing and providing all the various trades to deliver our build project. Also, when we were in the project planning stage of our build project an additional factor that gave us confidence was that they always turned up for our meetings on time and well prepared. This means so much to an individual as a perspective customer when you are about to start a major project in your home as we felt their commitment at the early stages gave us an idea and confidence on how they would deliver our project once the build project commenced.

Fantastic. Sean, Dave and the whole team were a pleasure to have working in our home, they were always on site when they were scheduled to be, on the end of the telephone if we had any questions or queries. Nothing was too much trouble – and even though our project was completed a few months ago, the Helix team continue to be available if we need them.

I have to say, for me, as someone who was very nervous about doing a home build project, the whole team made it a great and a stress-free experience for us. Dave and all of the tradesman who was on site each day were so professional, great tradesman and if there were any issues, they just rectified them.
